About

Pocket Ramparts is a small independent site run by people who genuinely enjoy planning tower layouts on a bus ride. There is no big publisher behind us — just a handful of editors who install games, play them for real, and argue about difficulty curves over messages.,We focus mostly on strategy and tower defence, but we don't ignore a good RPG or a clever arcade game when it lands on our phones. If a title keeps us coming back, it earns a spot in the catalogue.,Games are picked by hand. We watch what friends are playing, read player threads, and sometimes just stumble onto something odd in the store. Nothing gets a review unless one of us has actually finished a decent chunk of it.,We keep the writing plain. If a game has a fiddly camera or an annoying pause menu, we say so. If a wave defence system clicks, we explain why.

Lukas Brandt — Lukas has been sinking time into tower defence since flash-game afternoons and now leads the editorial side of Pocket Ramparts. He still gets annoyed when a game hides its speed-up button.
