Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon puts you in charge of a floating airport and lets you build it out piece by piece. You balance passenger flow, staff, and expansion while keeping delays down. It scratches the same itch as a good tower layout — everything connects.

The pacing is friendly for a phone. You set things running, check back later, and make adjustments. It can get a bit repetitive once your port is large, but getting there is genuinely satisfying.
